Artist's Comments
Here are the chibi spirits from my journal (LAZOR Hei-Bai, La and Wan Shi Tong), plus a couple more that I just made today.
It was super fun making "cute" versions of these usually large and rather violent spirits. ^^ The first one is the Painted Lady spirit (and the real spirit, not the Katara-in-disguise-gonna-make-out-with-Zuko-now-kthx spirit.) She's.. uh... raising her arms to the sky to summon fog or something. XD; The two black and white guys are Hei-Bai, who was definitely the hardest spirit to "chibify", but also my favourite (he looks like a big puppy x3), so I drew a second one today. I also drew it because Phorse (from Dongbu Feng) is terrified of chibi Hei-Bai, because it defies morality (something so evil should not be contained in so small a package.) The blue fellow is La, the ocean spirit, in its form when it joined with Aang's Avatar State, summoning a wave. The owl is Wan Shi Tong, the knowledge spirit, and my favourite spirit. I love his big eyes. xD And the last one is Koh, who is... very hard to make cute. XD All well... I wonder whose face he stole this time...? o; Anywho, there you go. Enjoy the chibi spirits! XD They all belong to Mike, Bryan and Nick. |
