Sheepsheepsheepsheep

I may not draw my elemental sheep very often, but that doesn't mean I don't think about them. In fact, I think they have the most potential out of all of my original characters (which is probably really pathetic)... I just haven't found a way to get them out there yet.

Anyway, quick Tegaki doodles of the main characters (excluding Isaac, because I already know what he looks like. xD) They're really sketchish, because I haven't really finalized their designs yet and I wanted to be able to play around with it without fudging up the background (Tegaki doesn't have multiple layers).

Here's the gang:

Hermes (top left) - AIR - the smart guy. He pretty much fails at any kind of magic, so he makes up for it by being a fountain of (mostly useless) knowledge! : D

Hawthorne (top right) - AIR/??? - the annoyingly mysterious one. He wears a mask/helmet over his head for superpersonalangsty reasons, and prefers a sword to magic, thank you very much.

Mira (bottom left) - WATER - a very adept water sheep, and of quite high status in her kingdom- though she tries to be modest about it. (The thing coming out of the back of her head is a ponytail, I don't know if you can tell or not.)

Jade (bottom right) - EARTH - Isaac's childhood friend and an accomplished prankster. Though she's an earth sheep, she can only use magic on plants.

Together (with Isaac), they FIGHT CRIME and SOLVE PUZZLES! (Not really.)


I'm still kind of failing with some things with my sheep. The main thing is- I DON'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE THE GIRL-SHEEP LOOK FEMALE.

If you have any ideas on how I could do this without changing the basic style, let me know, wouldja? xD;
I've been trying to change their "hair" to look more girly, but I really suck at hair, too. XDD Faaaaail.
