What? Were you expecting zombies?

This is Charlotte Charles (aka: Chuck) and Digby, from "Pushing Daisies". ^^ I'm a BIG Pushing Daisies fan, even if you haven't seen any fanart from me yet (the Avatar doodles don't count. XD)

Anyways, Halloween seemed the proper time for me to finally do some fanart, since Pushing Daisies is all about "waking the dead". :] And the Halloween episode was ABSOLUTELY amazing. I know most of you won't see it until tonight, but I strongly urge you to watch it, or record it if you're doing Halloweeny things, because it's seriously some good stuff. XD (As you should expect from such a show on Halloween.)
At one point, Chuck is walking with Digby, and she comments on how they're "the walking dead". I thought that was clever, so I decided to draw the two characters blessed by Ned's touch and still currently alive for Halloween. ^^

I'm really happy with Digby. I'm getting a lot more used to drawing canines lately.
I'm still terrible at drawing people, so Chuck looks way-the-heck off (and something about her look is REALLY creepy), but it's definitely an improvement from the last human I've drawn. >_o

I kinda had too much fun with a vector program with this. XDD; I drew it all in GIMP, but I ran it through a vector program like.. three times (once for the lineart, once for the characters colors, and once for the background). After the second time I did the vector thing, I couldn't figure out how to seperate them from the white background and I couldn't get a layer underneath them, so the background had to be drawn on the same layer, which is why it's so simplified. But.. I guess I like how it came out in the end. XD
Also, the vector program left a lot of little chips in the lineart, but I kind of like it that way, so I kept them in... :]
